Dr. Suvamoy Changder

Dr. Suvamoy Changder received his Ph.D. and Masterof Technology Degrees in Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) from National Institute of Technology(NIT), Durgapur. Prior that, he received Master’s Degree in Computer Applications from University of North Bengal, and Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics(Honours) from Visva Bharati.

Currently, he is an Associate Professor, having 23 years of teaching experience, in Department of CSE at NIT, Durgapur, West Bengal, India. His area of research is Quantum Computing, Information Security, Steganography, Watermarking, Computational Aesthetics and Applications of Machine Learning in the field of Computer Vision. He has presented his papers in several international conferences at USA, China, Egypt, Malaysia, and India. He has published 68 research papers in reputed journals and international conferences. His Google Scholar citation 726 with h-index 15 and i-10 index 24. He has served as a technical program committee member in several conferences and also served as reviewer of several renowned journals including IEEE Transactions. He has served as a resource person in several workshops/invited lectures/ Training & Learning programs. He has presented several sessions on Data Security, Steganography, Machine Learning, DeepLearning, and Wildlife Photography.
