Dr. Arindam Sarkar

Dr. Arindam Sarkar is presently conferring his service as an Asst. Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Electronics at Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur Math, Howrah-711202, WB, India. He completed his Ph.D. in Engineering on 7th July 2015 from the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, University of Kalyani, WB, India under the Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) Fellowship of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Govt. of India. Dr. Sarkar secured University First Class First Rank in M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Kalyani, WB, India, and completed the same in 2011. He had completed a Master of Computer Application (M.C.A) from VISVA-BHARATI University, Santiniketan, WB, India in 2008 and also secured University First Class First Rank with Distinction. Dr. Sarkar secured University First Class Tenth Rank in Bachelor of Computer Application (B.C.A) from The University of Burdwan, WB, India in 2005. Dr. Sarkar had secured 2 nd Rank in The West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) examination for general degree colleges. Dr. Sarkar presently serves as a Convener, Chairman, Moderator, Question Paper Setter, Reviewer, and Editor of different examinations of Calcutta University, Kalyani University, West Bengal State University Vidyasagar University, Burdwan University, Sido-Kanho Birsha University and many others since 2009. He has more than 135 publications in different SCI and Scopus-indexed International journals and conferences. His research interests include, but are not limited to the following areas; Neural Cryptography, GAN Cryptography, Cybersecurity, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Federated Learning, Generative -AI and Soft Computing.
